- Handle telephone calls and stakeholder enquiries
- Process invoices for CCA budgets
- Prepare and monitor CCA instructors’ timesheets
- Assist with data entry for mid-year budget review
- Support student collections for enrichment programmes and iPad purchases
- Minimum GCE A-Level qualification
- At least 3 years’ administrative experience in a secondary school
- Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
