Job Descriptions

• Coordinate day-to-day site work with supervisors and crews: schedules, manpower and material deliveries

• ⁠Track project progress against programme and flag delays or issues to the Project Manager early

• Prepare and maintain project documents

• Support progress claims and handover packages

• Liaise with main contractors, consultants and clients on site matters

• Raise material requests and check deliveries against project needs

• Result-oriented and able to deliver results for multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of site coordination experience (flooring or finishes is a plus)
• Skill(s): autocad, Microsoft Office, driving license
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Those who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
