Key Responsibilities & Tasks

• Field Support & Maintenance: Execute on-site equipment installations, upgrades, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance according to manufacturer specifications and safety protocols at client’s site.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or electronic issues remotely (phone, email) or on-site, escalating complex technical challenges when necessary.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Test equipment performance post-repair or installation to guarantee compliance with safety standards and operational requirements.
• Client Communication & Training: Communicate technical concepts clearly to clients and provide training on equipment operation and basic maintenance routines.
• Documentation & Team Collaboration: Maintain detailed service reports, repair logs, and maintenance records while coordinating closely with sales, engineering, and product development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Service Engineer, Field Service Technician, or similar technical support role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fire and gas systems, firefighting system, and industrial safety regulations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work independently or in a team, travel to customer sites across the region, and work flexible hours
