We are seeking a motivated, customer-oriented and personable Retail Sales Executive to represent our range of premium lighting and luxury home décor products.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Promote the company’s products and services to retail customers.
• Identify and develop new sales opportunities beyond walk-in traffic.
• Guide customers throughout the purchasing process and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain a positive, professional and customer-focused attitude.
• Work collaboratively with a small team to support daily operations and sales activities.
• Manage and update the company website and social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team.
• Interest in lighting, interior design or home décor is an advantage.
