Key Responsibilities

Welcome walk-in customers warmly and proactively engage with them
Use a consultative selling approach by understanding customers’ needs and preferences, and offering tailored advice and recommendations
Answer customers’ questions in a pleasant and professional manner
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of furniture and bedding products, including their features and benefits
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features, benefits and unique selling points
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer service
Comply with inventory control procedures and maintain accurate stock counts
Keep assigned areas clean, organised and well-presented


Qualifications and Requirements

Have a good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Have good experience in selling electronics will be an advantage
Friendly and energetic personality with a strong customer service focus
Perform well under pressure and handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Meet personal and departmental sales targets on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
Work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
