Working Hours: 12-Hour Rotational Shifts

Join a mission-critical project supporting the communication systems that help air traffic controllers maintain safe and seamless operations across Singapore’s airspace. We are looking for technically hands-on professionals with experience in telecommunications, RF engineering, network administration & maintenance or system integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot System Faults: Investigate and resolve reported faults involving IVCS4 communication systems.

• Coordinate Fault Resolution: Liaise with telecommunications providers and overseas line suppliers to troubleshoot and rectify telephone line issues.

• Support System Integration: Work with other system contractors to resolve interface connectivity and integration issues.

• Maintain Technical Records: Document faults, troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the IVCS4 system.

• Assist Air Traffic Controllers: Provide audio recording playback support when required to facilitate operational review and investigation.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:

  • Radio Frequency (RF) Engineering

  • System Integration

  • Network Administration & Maintenance

  • Telecommunications / Communication Systems

• Hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, fault isolation and system maintenance.

• Good coordination and communication skills when working with service providers and technical teams.

• Willing to work 12-hour rotational shifts across the designated East-side locations.

• Successful completion of the required project security clearance is mandatory before onboarding.
