Job Description:
Oversee day-to-day clinic activities, handling patient registration, appointments, referrals, medication dispensing, cashiering, and walk-in requests.
Serve as a key point of contact for patients, responding to enquiries, and providing chaperone services.
Keep patient information and medication records up to date, while monitoring drug inventory to ensure adequate stock availability.
Coordinate administrative requirements such as medical report requests, TPA/CHAS/Medisave claims, patient management data, and routine clinic audits.
Upheld clinic SOPs, cleanliness, and service standards.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N/O Level
Comfortable standing for long hours
Good communication and interpersonal skills
