Urgent Hiring: Customer Service Executive (Product-Based Role)
Location: Segambut
Salary: RM 2,500 – RM 3,500 (based on experience) + Allowance + Incentive
Working Days: 5 days/week

Yik Bee Trading Sdn Bhd is a well-established mechanical and industrial products supplier in Malaysia. We deal with real physical products such as bearings, power transmission components, and engineering solutions for industries including F&B, cement, rubber, power plants, oil & gas, and manufacturing.

This is NOT a call centre or telemarketing job.
You will work closely with products, stock, documents, and internal teams.

Job Decsription

• Handle customer enquiries via walk-in, phone, email & WhatsApp
• Recommend suitable industrial/mechanical products based on customer needs
• Prepare and process Quotation, PO, DO & Invoices
• Coordinate with sales, store, accounts & technical teams
• Check stock availability and arrange delivery schedules
• Follow up on orders and resolve customer issues professionally
• Learn and understand our product range (training provided)

Who We’re Looking For

• Malaysian only
• Candidates with experience in retail, product sales, warehouse admin, internal sales, or industrial supply are an advantage
• Comfortable dealing with physical products & documents
• Good communication and basic computer skills
• Responsible, willing to learn, and team-oriented
