Solution Architect
Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data platforms, lakehouses or analytics platforms.
• Experience leading architecture across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Experience working with cloud-native data and AI platforms.
• Experience working with Azure Databricks and Government-Commercial-Cloud (GCC) environments.

B. Technical & Professional Competencies
Essential (Must-Have)

• Architecture - Minimum 10 years' experience in Solution Architecture, Data Architecture or Enterprise Architecture.
• Data Platforms - Strong experience designing enterprise data platforms, lakehouses or data warehouses. Experience in GCC environments.
• Cloud & Data Technologies - Hands-on experience with Azure, Databricks, Spark, SQL and Delta Lake. Obtained relevant Databricks Certifications.
• Technical Implementation - Ability to independently develop POCs, prototypes and technical validation exercises.
• Data Engineering & Integration - Good understanding of data ingestion, ETL/ELT, APIs, data modelling and CI/CD practices.
• Governance & Security - Experience implementing data governance, metadata, lineage, data quality and access control frameworks.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management - Experience working across business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors.
• Communication & Problem Solving - Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.

Preferred (Advantageous)

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• DAMA CDMP certification.
• TOGAF certification.
• Experience with AI/GenAI platforms and implementations
