Job Summary

This is a key role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the growth of our nutritional product portfolio within the medical channel in Malaysia. This role will focus on equipping the nutrition sales team with the necessary knowledge and tools through effective training programs, and developing targeted marketing plans to reach healthcare professionals and patients.

Job Responsibilities

Marketing:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our nutritional products to healthcare professionals (HCPs) in hospitals and clinics
• Identify key opinion leaders (KOLs) and build strong relationships to drive product advocacy and recommendations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and knowledge of healthcare policies
• Execute marketing campaigns targeting HCPs, including product launches, educational events, and promotional activities.
• Organize and participate in medical conferences and seminars.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales activities.

Sales Team Training and Development:

• Design and deliver effective product training programs for the nutrition sales team, focusing on product knowledge, clinical evidence, and effective communication with HCPs.

• Create training materials, including presentations, brochures, and digital resources, tailored to the needs of the medical channel.

• Conduct regular training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the sales team's ability to promote our products to HCPs.

• Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team, including field visits and feedback sessions.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve content and delivery methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in in Nutrition or Dietetics

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the pharmaceutical or nutritional industry, and experience in the medical channel.

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for the medical channel.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage both HCPs and sales teams.

• Ability to develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs for sales teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
