Responsibilities
Immediate - 3 months (Extension depends)
$12/h
Location: North Bridge Road (Nearest MRT: Cityhall/ Bras Basah)
Mon - Fri, 9am to 6pm
Duties
Prepare and process customer quotations
Handle “unfit” orders (eg. orders where the requested quantity exceeds available warehouse stock)
Review customer open order reports and check/confirm lead times
Perform other adhoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirement
Prior administrative experience is preferred
Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
