Job Overview:
We are a growing cleaning services company looking for a reliable, hardworking, and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee our cleaning operations across multiple locations. You will be the vital link between our management team and our on-site cleaners, ensuring high-quality service and strict adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Inspections: Visit and check multiple cleaning sites daily to ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and discipline.
• Team Leadership: Issue clear instructions to each Site Leader (Ketua Kumpulan) regarding daily tasks and client requirements.
• Monitoring & Compliance: Actively monitor site leaders and cleaners to ensure they follow all operational instructions and safety rules closely.
• Management Reporting: Prepare and submit regular site progress reports, attendance updates, and photos to the management team.
• Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for any on-site issues, shortage of cleaning supplies, or client complaints, and report them immediately to management.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience in supervisor roles, preferably in cleaning, property management, hospitality, or related industries.
• Language: Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia. Conversational English or Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Transport: Must possess a valid driving license (B2/D) and own transport (motorcycle or car) to travel between various project sites.
• Skills: Strong leadership, firm but fair attitude, good problem-solving skills, and basic smartphone literacy (for sending reports via WhatsApp/apps).
• Attitude: Trustworthy, punctual, and highly responsible.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,953.33 per month
