Job Description

You will have the opportunity to shape their social media footprints across multiple platforms and markets, draw insights from various tools and learn how data makes a difference in what we do on a daily basis. Working closely with the Brand and Content teams, you will be our client’s ears and eyes in nurturing the engagement journey of their audience and develop meaningful social conversations with them.

Responsibilities

• Social Media content strategies – Build client’s social media presence

• Define client’s content blueprint across various social media touchpoints

• Collaborate and align with client’s Brand and Ops teams to ideate on impactful initiatives

• Develop social media content playbook & guidelines across various touchpoints

• Content implementation

• Plan and execute content pillars

• Monitor, measure and optimize for content effectiveness using various tools

• Oversee community management and social media administration on all official client’s accounts

• Work with clients to conceptualize award category angles

• Propose boosted content plans when required

• Competitive review and monitoring, including data-driven reporting

• Copywriting
