Responsibilities
Technical Specialist (Power Supply Repair)
Salary: S$2,950–S$3,400 per month
Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm
Annual Leave: 12 days
Job Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot MEAN WELL power supplies to identify faults and determine their root causes.
• Perform testing, fault diagnosis and repairs on defective units.
• Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
• Analyse customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Job Requirements
• Diploma in Electronics or a related discipline.
• Experience in power supply troubleshooting and repair is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is required to provide technical support and communicate regularly with Mandarin-speaking customers.
