Oversee the overall daily operations of the beauty business.
Manage and lead beauty salon/clinic teams to achieve business and sales targets.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
Manage staff performance, recruitment, training, and development.
Monitor customer service standards and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Monitor sales performance, expenses, and overall business profitability.
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expansion.
Prepare regular business and performance reports for management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Beauty Management, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of management experience
, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, spa, or wellness industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strong business development and sales management experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented with strong commercial awareness.
Able to work independently and make effective management decisions.
Singapore beauty industry experience will be an advantage.
