Responsibilities
Market Expansion:
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and channels to reach potential clients across the Singapore market.
Community Outreach:
Actively attend and participate in networking events, seminars, and community programs to raise brand awareness and generate new business leads.
Lead Conversion:
Manage and follow up on sales inquiries with a focus on achieving high conversion rates and meeting performance-based income targets.
Collaborative Marketing:
Partner with the marketing team to promote Life Corporation Services' offerings through various digital and physical channels.
Pre-Planning Advocacy:
Proactively educate individuals and families on the financial and emotional benefits of arranging funeral and memorial packages in advance to lock in current pricing.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct professional consultations to understand family needs first and provide personalized recommendations.
Service Excellence:
Provide comprehensive after-sales service and ongoing support to families, ensuring a seamless and professional experience that reflects the company's integrity.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
No prior experience required. Full training provided
Flexible working hours
Meaningful work in a niche industry with a strong purpose
Driven by a performance-based career structure with no salary ceiling cap
High level of interpersonal skill; proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, and fluency in local dialects is a significant advantage for client engagement
Willing to travel around in Singapore. Candidates must be comfortable with working sometimes on weekends and public holidays
