Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Product Sourcing: Lead the sourcing and introduction of new products into the market, including pricing strategies (SOS) and analyzing product-market relevancy.
• Sales Lead Generation & Strategy: Formulate and execute strategic marketing programs focused on market penetration and segmentation to generate quality sales leads.
• Brand & Promotional Management: Drive brand credibility and image establishment. Plan and coordinate joint promotions with key principals, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns to support salesmen and dealers.
• Market Intelligence & Data Management: Build and maintain critical data on market trends, customer profiles by industry/application, competitor analysis, and product catalog distribution.
• Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets for sales, advertising, and promotions (A&P), including product catalogs, brochures, and exhibition setups (booth design, samples, gifts).
• Distribution & Networking: Expand distribution networks, establish new dealer channels, and build strong public relations with industry stakeholders.
• Training & Development: Coordinate, arrange, and conduct product training sessions for internal teams and external parties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience (preferably within industrial, technical, or safety equipment sectors).
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing, campaigns, and distribution networking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia).
• High attention to detail, highly creative, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Advantage: Passion for industrial safety awareness. A passion for industrial safety awareness would be a distinct advantage, in addition to passion for learning about business and how to execute marketing plans.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
