Join Dancom Group as Assistant Manager / Senior Executive Creative & Graphic Design, and take charge of creative output across multiple brands from concept to final artwork. You'll design digital assets, retail visual merchandising and campaign materials while ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint.

We work alongside premium brands like Apple, XGIMI, Jura, Devialet and Hotlink.

Are you the one?

• Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or related field

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Solid grasp of typography, layout, color theory, and branding

• Able to translate marketing briefs into impactful visual concepts

• Print production knowledge; motion graphics/video editing a plus

• Proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable owning multiple brands at once

What is the role about?

• Develop creative concepts and art direction across multiple brands

• Develop visual communication materials from concept to final artwork, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and marketing direction

• Design BTL materials, POSM, signage, and in-store visual merchandising

• Create digital assets — banners, EDMs, social creatives for web and e-commerce

• Ensure brand compliance and quality control across all outputs

• Liaise with printers, agencies and suppliers on production

• Manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
