Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.

Experience in handling a full set of accounts is preferred.

Good knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards, taxation, SST, and statutory compliance.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in retail, F&B, or multi-outlet businesses will be an added advantage.

Manage the company's full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and financial reports.

Handle monthly closing, year-end closing, and financial reporting.

Monitor cash flow, budgets, expenses, and financial performance.

Ensure timely submission of tax returns, SST, and other statutory filings where applicable.

Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant authorities.

Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Review financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Perform other ad hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
