We're seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team.

Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and follow up on assigned tasks.

• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.

• Track project progress, deadlines, deliverables, and action items.

• Identify project issues or delays and escalate them to the Project Manager/Service Delivery Manager.

• Prepare and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and PowerPoint presentations.

• Handle project documentation, correspondence, and administrative tasks.

• Support managers, team leaders, and project members with project-related activities.

• Perform other ad-hoc coordination duties as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• 3+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, or Project Administration.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work independently and with different teams.

• Good English communication skills.
