Responsibilities
10-month extendable contract
Good to have banking/Fintech experience
Key Responsibilities
Define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as needed
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs
Measure project performance
Report and escalate issues to management as needed
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Create and maintain project documentation
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or related Technology disciplines with equivalent business experience
Minimum 5 years of project management experience
Proven track record of delivering complex projects
Strong understanding of project management tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS)
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
Knowledge of cloud security, identity management, and compliance frameworks
Experience with CI/CD tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
