Nestled among the rows of shophouses in Chinatown, The Née Vintage Store is a boutique specialising in vintage and pre-loved designer goods. Our curated selection includes luxury bags, accessories, and unique homeware pieces. If you’re passionate about fashion, design, and delivering thoughtful customer service, we’d love to have you on our team.

Overview

• Commitment of 1 year (minimum)
• Required to work on 1 weekend and public holidays (5 days work week)

What we are looking for:

• A responsible and proactive individual who can confidently manage the shop floor during operating hours
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour
• A genuine interest in fashion, vintage and luxury goods, with an eagerness to learn about our diverse and ever-changing product range
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable communicating in English, both spoken and written
• Able to work independently, take initiative and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage, but not essential

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and a warm, personalised shopping experience
• Handle cashiering duties and maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the store
• Ensure products are properly priced, displayed and presented
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management
• Assist with website and online sales platform updates, including product listings, descriptions and images
• Occasionally participate in social media content creation, including photos and videos
• Support day-to-day store operations and uphold the store’s presentation standards
