Logistics Specialist (Aerospace)

Salary: Up to $4,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Location: Seletar
Contract Duration: 2 Years Contract

Transport Provided: Pickup available at Tampines, Bedok, Sengkang, Jurong East, Bukit Batok, Woodlands and Sembawang.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing aerospace spare parts, including receiving, stock replenishment, picking, packing and shipment preparation.

• Coordinate outbound freight bookings and prepare shipping documents and related export documentation.

• Perform regular cycle counts and stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy and minimise stock discrepancies.

• Ensure proper storage, handling and tracking of spare parts, including monitoring serial numbers and expiry dates.

• Ensure compliance with dangerous goods regulations (IATA/ICAO) when handling and preparing shipments.

• Liaise with freight forwarders and internal departments to coordinate shipments and ensure timely deliveries.

• Process import and export transactions and maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.

• Prepare packing lists and verify shipment details against shipping authorisations.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.

• Provide guidance and training to temporary warehouse staff on picking, packing and stock handling procedures.

• Perform other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
