We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of HR functions and support continued growth in the technology and digital transformation industry. Job Responsibility

• Partner with senior management on workforce planning, org development, and HR policies
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for specialist and tech roles
• Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and strict compliance with Malaysian employment laws
• Manage appraisal frameworks, training needs, and succession planning

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
• Proven full-spectrum HR experience at managerial or senior executive level
• Strong industrial relations (IR) experience — hands-on handling of disciplinary cases, grievances, and engagement with unions/authorities
• Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory compliance
• Experience in technology, IT services, or professional services preferred
• Japanese language proficiency is an added advantage
• Stable employment history and mature, hands-on approach
