Responsibilities
Work location- near Jurong
1. Proven hands-on experience implementing Jira Service Management (JSM).
2. Experience delivering JSM implementation projects with clearly defined individual responsibilities.
Practical knowledge of JSM configuration, workflows, automation, SLAs, and service request management.
3. Experience developing automation solutions and integrating JSM with other applications.
4. Strong understanding of Jira administration and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
The Company's principal activity is manpower contracting services with other information technology and computer services.
