12+ years of experience in desktop support, IT infrastructure support, and end-user computing.
Strong experience supporting corporate users and enterprise IT environments.
Hands-on experience with Windows endpoint management and SCCM.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and enterprise authentication.
Experience in onsite and remote technical support.
Exposure to retail technology, POS systems, and multi-site IT operations.
Experience managing IT assets, hardware deployments, and equipment lifecycle activities.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and escalation-handling skills.
Excellent customer service, communication, and coordination capabilities.

Windows 10/11, Windows Server
Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
Microsoft SCCM / Endpoint Configuration Manager.
Windows imaging, application deployment, and patch management.
Active Directory and user account administration.

LAN/Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switches, and access points.
VMware / vSphere infrastructure support.
PowerShell scripting and automation.
