Job Responsibilities

• Obtain and review quotations from overseas agents, suppliers, shipping lines and airlines.
• Prepare and calculate freight rates, import/export charges and procurement costs.
• Compare pricing from different service providers and suppliers to ensure competitive rates.
• Prepare quotations for customers based on cost, profit margin and market pricing.
• Negotiate rates and pricing with agents, suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain and update pricing records and rate sheets.
• Monitor market rates and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure pricing accuracy.
• Perform other pricing-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in pricing, international trade, procurement or freight forwarding.
• Good numerical, analytical and negotiation skills.
• Able to calculate costs accurately and prepare competitive quotations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an advantage.

The appointment level (Executive or Manager) will depend on the candidate's experience and capabilities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
