Position: Site Supervisor (Electrical)
Location: Office Location in Kajang (work around Klang Valley area)

Our Client is looking for a Site Supervisor (Electrical) to oversee electrical installation, maintenance and servicing works at customer sites across the Klang Valley. The role involves supervising site teams, coordinating installation works and ensuring electrical equipment and systems are properly maintained and serviced.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise electrical projects and installation works at customer sites.
• Coordinate and manage wiremen and technicians across different teams.
• Ensure installation and maintenance works are carried out according to requirements and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot, service and repair electrical equipment and systems.
• Conduct electrical maintenance and inspection works.
• Support EV charger installation and related electrical works.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer on site progress and requirements.
• Travel to customer sites across the Klang Valley as required.
• Prepare and provide updates on site work progress where necessary.
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and within the required timeframe.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Diploma / Graduate Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in electrical installation, maintenance or related fields.
• Good fundamental knowledge of electrical wiring (Single Phase & Three Phase).
• Experience in electrical maintenance, troubleshooting or EV charger installation will be an advantage.
• Willing to travel to customer sites across the Klang Valley.
• Candidates based in Kajang will be given priority.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, flexible and able to work well as part of a team.
• Willing to work extended or irregular hours when required, particularly for overnight projects.
• The position involves regular travel to customer sites within the Klang Valley.
• Must possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM2500 to RM3000
EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
