At Sushi Oribe, we value that awareness. We’re looking for a Service Crew who takes pride in thoughtful hospitality and wants to develop further in Japanese fine dining.

Previous experience in a fine dining or Japanese restaurant is strongly preferred.

Salary: RM1,800 - 3,000, based on experience
Working arrangement: Tue - Sun, 10.30am-3pm, 5pm-10pm

Your role

• Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
• Explain menus and dishes accurately, checking with the kitchen whenever clarification is needed.
• Take orders carefully and communicate allergies, dietary requirements and special requests promptly.
• Coordinate with chefs and teammates to maintain appropriate service pacing.
• Recommend beverages based on guests’ preferences and your product knowledge.
• Anticipate guest needs while respecting their conversations and privacy.
• Maintain table settings, dining-area cleanliness and service readiness.
• Process bills accurately and handle feedback professionally.

What we’re looking for

• Malaysian citizens only
• Must be able to serve alcohol
• Previous service experience, preferably in fine dining or a Japanese restaurant.
• An understanding of table service, dining etiquette and guest care.
• Clear communication and confidence interacting with guests.
• Good observation skills and the ability to manage several service priorities.
• A dependable, respectful approach to teamwork.
• Willingness to learn our menus, service standards and beverage offerings.
• Availability for the advertised shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
