Contract Period: 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

Option period: 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2028.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:45am to 6:00pm; Fridays: 9:15am to 6:00pm. Each day includes a 45-minute lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Requirements:

• At least three GCE O-Level passes, including English.
• At least two years of relevant frontline administrative experience, preferably in a school.
• Conversational English and Mandarin are required by the tender; the role-specific need for Mandarin should be confirmed with the school.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills; comfortable engaging internal and external stakeholders, with patience and courtesy towards parents and children.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and self-motivated, with good work ethics and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Scopes:
The Services required are set out as follows:
1. Attend to walk-in visitors and telephone calls.

2. Log daily correspondence and distribute incoming mail and documents.

3. Record lost-and-found items and help track found monies for bank deposit.

4. Maintain General Office document filing and support administrative work.

5. Set up meetings, workshops and conferences, and assist with regular internal stocktakes.

6. Assist with sick-bay duties and school events when required.

7. Perform other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals or Administration Managers.
