Role Description:

The Sales Support Executive is a full-time role based in Ang Mo Kio with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with work-from-home flexibility. This role supports the sales team by preparing quotations, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records of customer inquiries and transactions. The Sales Support Executive coordinates with suppliers and internal teams to track deliveries, ensure product availability, and resolve order-related issues promptly. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to customer queries and assisting with tender submissions and documentation. The role also involves contributing to customer service initiatives, supporting post-sales follow-up, and helping ensure smooth communication between customers, suppliers and operations.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, internal teams and suppliers
• Vast experience in the oil & gas indusry especially in offshore fabrication sector with good knowlege in Electrical cables and other electrical products
• Proficiency in sales administration tasks such as bid proposal, quotation preparation, order processing, documentation handling and logistical knowledge.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Comfort with office software (e.g., MS Office) espeically familiarity with EXCEL, ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Understanding of or interest in engineering supply, electrical and instrumentation products, or related industrial sectors is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, collaborating on-site in Ang Mo Kio and managing responsibilities independently from home.
• Diploma or equivalent qualification in business, engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in sales support or customer service is beneficial.
• Positive, stong initiative, solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering timely, reliable support and contributing to team and business goals.
