Job Description
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
Plan, coordinate and supervise construction activities, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel.
Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, materials and equipment.
Ensure all construction works comply with Singapore building regulations, safety requirements and company standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, engineers and relevant authorities.
Monitor project costs, schedules and site productivity.
Identify and resolve site issues, technical problems and construction delays.
Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements.
Prepare regular progress reports and attend project meetings.
Job Requirements
at least 10 years experience in the Singapore construction industry.
Good knowledge of construction methods, project management and site coordination.
