Responsibilities
An established Civil& Structural Engineering Consulting firm in Singapore requires the following position:
HR/ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
Manage job postings, coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates and assist in recruitment and selection activities.
Prepare HR-related letters, memoranda and other employment documents.
Maintain employee personnel files, attendance records, leave administration and training course registrations.
Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations in compliance with MOM requirements.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including orientation sessions, employment documentation and exit clearance.
Liaise with manpower suppliers and coordinate staff assignments, transfers and deployment across project sites based on operational requirements.
Provide timely updates on employee attendance, leave, salary adjustments and otherpayroll-related changes to the HR Manager for payroll processing.
Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures and handling employee-related matters.
Provide administrative support to the ISO team, including document control, record maintenance and audit coordination.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in related discipline or professional equivalent
Preferably with 2 years of HR experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with Employment Act, HR policies and procedure
Able to multi-task and work independently
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to start work immediately or within short notice

HR/ADMIN EXECUTIVE
