What You'll Be Doing

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing, assessing and placing candidates, while learn to develop a sustainable client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, database searches, referrals and direct headhunting.
• Conduct structured screening interviews to assess experience, competencies, motivation, salary expectations and suitability for each assignment.
• Prepare candidate profiles and shortlists, coordinate interviews, gather feedback and advise clients and candidates throughout selection.
• Manage offer discussions, counteroffer risks, resignation and joining follow-up; support retention through timely post-placement contact.
• Build talent pipelines and market intelligence within assigned sectors; share practical insights on talent availability and compensation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, activity reports and sales forecasts; work towards agreed activity, placement and billing targets.
• Protect confidential information and deliver a responsive, professional experience to clients and candidates.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Science, Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a recruitment agency or executive-search environment.
• Practical experience in candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and offer management.
• Confident communication, consultative selling, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, job portals and recruitment databases or applicant tracking systems.
• Commercial awareness, resilience and sound judgement, with the ability to prioritise multiple assignments and meet targets.
• Strong written and spoken English, attention to detail and a commitment to ethical recruitment practices.
