Salary: Basic + commission

Our client is a consultancy firm specialising in licence application and regulatory compliance services for business premises. They are looking for a Sales executive to join their team. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Present and sell licence application solutions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage contracts.
• Analyse customer needs and feedback to support acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
• Travel to client sites as required.

Requirements

• Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Facilities Management or related discipline.
• Candidates with no experience but are willing to learn are welcome to apply
• Proven experience in sales or business development will be an advantage
• Familiarity with URA/ HDB/ SCDF/ SFA guidelines, codes and regulations will be an advantage
• Willingness to learn facilities management.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and resilient.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Team player with a client-first mindset.
