Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Produce monthly QA/QC status reports.
Manage companywide nonconformities and claims.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering, Production) to gather and validate documentation inputs.
Ensure all documents comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001).
Support internal and external audits by preparing and organizing required documentation.
Assist in development, review, and maintain quality documentation including SOPs, work instructions, inspection protocols, and quality manuals.
Assist in maintenance document control systems, ensuring version control and proper archival of obsolete documents.
Analyse performance data to identify areas for improvement. Measure the impact of improvements and adjust strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in quality auditing, quality assurance, or similar roles within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS), including ISO 9001.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and present findings to various levels of management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions tailored to the needs of machinery manufacturing.
Familiarity with machining processes, CNC technologies, and machine tool operations is highly advantageous.
