Main responsibilities:

-Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.

-Manage existing customers and maintain strong business relationships.

-Present and promote company products/services to customers.

-Prepare quotations, proposals, price lists, and sales documents.

-Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders.

-Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

-Conduct product presentations, site visits, and customer meetings.

-Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, operations, purchasing, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

-Attend exhibitions, networking events, and promotional activities when required.

-Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and opportunities.

-Follow up on payment collection and outstanding accounts where applicable.

-Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
