We’re looking for an HR Generalist to establish and run our core people operations from the ground up. Your primary focus will be driving end-to-end recruitment and locking down essential HR operations. We need a grounded, organized self-starter who gets things done efficiently, with potential to grow into a strategic HRBP as our team and studio expand.

Role Description

• Drive recruitment: Partner with team leads to hunt, interview, and bring in real talent who align with our brand ethos
• Manage core HR operations: Own the complete employee lifecycle documentation including contract management, onboarding/offboarding, and maintaining accurate personnel records
• Spot gaps & initiate solutions: Proactively identify friction points in current administrative workflows, building clean, compliant HR procedures and templates without waiting for a playbook.
• HR business partnering: Serve as a trusted, accessible HR expert for team members and leads; resolve friction, gather feedback, and keep morale high

The Human Resources Generalist at Ghostboy is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya.
