Your new role
- Driving new business development initiatives and achieving sales and revenue targets
- Building and managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities from prospecting through to closure
- Leading proposal, tender, and bid management activities
- Developing pricing strategies, commercial models, and deal structures
- Managing customer engagements, negotiations, and contract discussions
- Supporting commercial forecasting, pipeline reporting, and business performance analysis
- Establishing and enhancing commercial processes, governance, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful opportunity delivery and customer satisfaction
What you'll need to succeed
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, commercial management, revenue operations, bid management, or commercial finance
- Exposure to technology, cybersecurity, managed services, consulting, or professional services environments
- A proven track record of generating opportunities, winning new business, and closing complex enterprise deals
- Strong commercial negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience in pipeline management, forecasting, pricing, and commercial governance
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with advanced Excel reporting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior business stakeholders and executives
