Job Summary

Perform facial, body, massage, and wellness treatments following The Longevity Suite protocols while providing attentive guest service and supporting sales goals in a spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform facial, body, massage, and wellness treatments according to The Longevity Suite protocols to ensure client satisfaction and safety
• Recommend suitable treatments, programmes, and skincare products tailored to individual client needs
• Deliver attentive guest service and provide aftercare guidance to enhance client experience
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure hygiene standards, equipment, and stock are properly managed
• Support individual and departmental sales goals by actively participating in ongoing training and promoting services

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a relevant beauty or spa therapy certificate or diploma such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, or equivalent

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess at least 2 years of relevant experience working in upscale Day Spa or Hotel Spa environments
• Demonstrate effective communication, customer service, and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and engage clients
• Willingness to learn wellness technologies and work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Massage qualifications, experience with wellness devices, and First Aid/CPR certification are advantageous
