About the role

This role involves supporting designers in client site visits to measure and accurately record house dimensions, structure, and pipeline layouts. You will use AutoCAD, PS, and SketchUp to create precise floor plans, elevation drawings, detailed sections, and furniture production drawings. You will modify and update drawings as needed for projects, manage drawing versions, organize design documentation to ensure accuracy, and complete other tasks assigned by designers and supervisors.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany designers on client site visits to measure and accurately record house dimensions, structure, and pipeline layouts

• Use AutoCAD, PS, and SketchUp to create precise floor plans, elevation drawings, detailed sections, and furniture production drawings

• Modify and update drawings as required by projects and manage drawing versions

• Organize design documentation and ensure information accuracy

• Complete temporary tasks assigned by designers

• Complete work assigned by supervisors

About you

• Diploma or above qualification

• Design-related professional background

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD software

• Familiar with complete construction drawing production

• Design capability

• Familiarity with decorative materials and construction techniques is advantageous

• Conscientious and detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility and professionalism

• Good communication skills and team collaboration spirit
