Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) in executing HR initiatives and organizational priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive engagements, including preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and monitoring follow-up actions.
  • Handle executive correspondence, including emails, letters, and communications on behalf of the CHRO.
  • Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefing papers, dashboards, and management updates to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate and monitor strategic HR projects and cross-functional initiatives to ensure timely implementation and completion.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CHRO to facilitate effective communication, collaboration, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis on HR trends, best practices, and business needs to support strategic planning and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to ensure the effective implementation of HR strategies, programs, and organizational initiatives.
  • Support the development, review, and enhancement of HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Communicate HR policies, procedures, and organizational initiatives to employees and relevant stakeholders, while promoting compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive corporate and employee information.
  • Perform any other duties or special assignments as directed by the CHRO.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s Degree or HR Certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven track record in project management and operational support
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, have discretion, team-oriented and flexible.
