Requirements:

• Able to read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and BOMs

• Familiar with hand tools and basic measuring equipment

• Comfortable working rotating shifts

• Salary: RM2200 - RM2800

• Benefits: Allowances (~$500) + 15AL + OT

• Working Days: Monday–Friday

• Location: Pasir Gudang, Johor

• Shift Hours (Must be open to rotating shifts):

  • Day: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • Noon: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

  • Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Scope:

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic components

• Follow engineering drawings, BOMs and work instructions

• Perform wiring, alignment, calibration and testing

• Use hand tools, torque tools and measuring equipment

• Identify and report assembly defects or material issues

• Update production records and progress in factory systems

• Follow cleanroom, ESD and safety requirements

• Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and other ad-hoc tasks
