Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in tendering, commercial management, or business development within the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, tendering procedures, and cost estimation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant tendering tools

Manage the full tendering and bidding process, from pre-qualification to submission

Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives

Oversee project cost planning, budgeting, and financial performance

Develop pricing strategies to enhance competitiveness and profitability

Work closely with project, engineering, and procurement teams

Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks

Support business development and client relationship management

Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and legal requirements
