Hiring: Technical Lead – Network Management Platform Delivery

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Network Management Platform Delivery with strong expertise in telecommunications network platforms, Operations Support Systems (OSS), and Radio Access Network (RAN) architecture.

The successful candidate will lead technical delivery, drive solution implementation, manage customer relationships, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable network management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of network management platform implementations.
• Translate customer and business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Contribute to solution architecture, integration planning, deployment, and technical validation.
• Provide technical guidance on RAN management systems and OSS platforms.
• Manage customer relationships, technical discussions, expectations, and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate project activities, dependencies, risks, and milestones.
• Lead and support multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Review technical designs and implementation deliverables for quality and feasibility.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex technical issues.
• Communicate project status and technical decisions to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of experience in network platform deployments or OSS implementations.
• Strong expertise in telecommunications network platforms or OSS solutions.
• Knowledge of RAN or RAN management system architecture.
• Experience managing customer relationships and customer-facing technical discussions.
• Project management and technical delivery coordination experience.
• Proven team leadership and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or customer advisory environments.
• Familiarity with software development and delivery lifecycles.
• Experience designing or deploying infrastructure architectures.
• Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift or similar container orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with O-RAN architecture, protocols, and components.
• Experience coordinating international and geographically distributed teams.
