  • Find efficiency gains and automate repeatable work, using PowerShell.
  • Flag risks early and bring constructive solutions, not just problems.

Resilience

  • Coordinate the annual IT Disaster Recovery exercises across London, Asia and Head Office.
  • Make sure all required applications are in scope, and that Asia testers have the access and test cases they need.

Reporting and relationships

  • Deliver accurate, timely MIS and ad-hoc reports for IT and business stakeholders.
  • Build strong working relationships across the region and support IS&O colleagues globally.

  • Active Directory and its supporting services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, DFS).
  • Microsoft 365 and Intune.
  • Endpoint management with SCCM and/or Ivanti.
  • Vulnerability management and security incident response.
  • PowerShell scripting for platform management and automation.

Nice-to-have

  • VMware vSphere, ESXi and vCenter.
  • NetBackup operations, including hardware appliances and tape libraries.

You are

  • Highly organised, and able to prioritise your own workload.
  • Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
  • Able to influence peers and drive change.
  • A team player who is just as effective working independently.

Why you'll want this job

  • Regional ownership with global exposure. You work across Europe, Asia and Head Office.
  • Real impact. You work on resilience, security and automation in a regulated setting.
  • Growth. Ongoing learning and training support.
