The role requires attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to resolve operational issues promptly while supporting continuous improvement in warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills to lead warehouse teams, delegate tasks, train staff, and maintain a safe, organized work environment.
• Experience with shipping & receiving and inventory control to manage incoming and outgoing goods, verify documentation, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Material handling and forklift operation skills to move, store, and retrieve products safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, including basic logistics principles, stock rotation (FIFO), and handling of food or beverage products.
• Ability to use warehouse management systems or inventory software and perform basic data entry and reporting.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with attention to accuracy and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners, and the ability to give clear instructions to team members.
• Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics supervision; prior experience in food and beverage or FMCG environments is an advantage.
