Quarry Operations Manager

Working Location: Kangkar Pulai

Salary Range: up to Rm10,000+ (depends on qualification and experience)

Job Summary:

1. Plan, supervise and manage daily quarry operations and production activities to achieve production targets, product quality and operational efficiency.

规划、监督及管理石场的日常运营与生产活动，以达成生产目标、确保产品质量及提高营运效率。

2. Ensure compliance with applicable Malaysian laws, licences, permits, inspections, safety and environmental requirements.

确保石场运营符合马来西亚适用的法律法规、执照、许可证、检查要求以及安全与环境保护规定。

3. Monitor equipment utilisation, maintenance, fuel consumption, production and implement corrective actions to minimise downtime and losses.

监控设备使用率、维修保养、燃油消耗、生产成本及营运表现，以尽量减少设备停机时间及营运损失。

4. Coordinate with Workshop, Purchasing, Stores, HR and other relevant departments to ensure effective manpower allocation and availability of operational resources.

与维修车间、采购部、仓库、人力资源部及其他相关部门协调合作，确保合理分配人力资源及有效进行设备维护。

5. Supervise site personnel, coordinate manpower requirements and identify training and competency needs.

监督石场现场员工，协调人力需求，并识别员工的培训需求及所需具备的工作能力。

1. Diploma or Degree in Mining, Quarrying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field will be an advantage.

2. Fresh graduates with a Diploma who are self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and interested in pursuing a professional career are welcome to apply.

3. 5-8 years of relevant experience in quarry operations, production or heavy industry, with supervisory or managerial experience would be an advantage.

4. Good knowledge of quarry operations, machinery, equipment maintenance, production planning and cost control.

5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication and team management skills.

6. Familiarity with applicable Malaysian quarry regulations, safety requirements, licences and permits.

7. No allergy.

8. Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.

9. Willing to travel for work- related purpose.
