Possess an Advanced Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.

2–5 years of experience in business development, commissioning or list building within the STPM or Higher Education market.

Experience in editorial, publishing, programme coordination or event management is an advantage.

Proficient in English, Bahasa MelayuandMandarin, with good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and organisational skills.

Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented and results-driven.

Able to multitask, solve problems and work independently as well as in a team.

Creative, adaptable and committed to meeting deadlines.

Willing to travel and possess own transport (car).

Develop and manage publishing programmes.

Identify market opportunities, conduct market research and commission suitable business-related titles.

Source, evaluate and maintain relationships with authors, potential business partners and agents.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with authors and business partners.

Support the planning, coordination and delivery of Education Programmes.

Handle enquiries from prospective participants, potential leads and partner agents, providing timely information and assistance.

Manage participant registration, onboarding and programme-related issues.

Coordinate with instructors, team leaders, authors, editorial, production, sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and timely project delivery.

Promote publishing products and Education Programmes through social media, email campaigns and in-person events.

Monitor project progress, maintain quality standards and meet deadlines and budget requirements.

Prepare reports and identify opportunities to expand business and programme activities.
