Job Responsibilities

• Process Group Employee Benefits policy servicing activities including renewal billing, policy amendments, member movements and maintenance of member records.
• Execute premium invoicing duties such as uploading data, calculating costs, reconciling balances and verifying breakdowns for accurate financial statements.
• Manage operational questions regarding invoicing mismatches, participant information and plan management updates to deliver prompt resolutions according to service level agreements.
• Ensure precise records of plans and transactions are kept while conducting validation and compliance checks to satisfy data security and internal audit standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Technology departments to handle service issues and promote seamless plan and invoicing operations.
• Participate in UAT, system enhancements and process improvement initiatives to improve billing workflows, data quality, member administration and digital servicing.
